Ben Kelleher
Partner
Ben Kelleher has 20+ years of Project Management (PM) and IT/Business Process Management (BPM) experience. He has managed and implemented BPM solutions for enterprises, start-ups and government agencies. He has held PM and BPM positions for General Dynamics, Pretzel Logic, NewLane, LLC and Glades Project Management Group. Ben’s past clients include State Street Global Advisors, OneBeacon Insurance, Fairchild Semiconductor, TDBank North, JP Morgan, US Air Force and the South Florida Water Management District.

Janet Silcox
Chief Operating Officer
Janet Silcox has over 25 year’s corporate, agency and consulting experience. She has held project management, director and vice president positions for national software and hardware companies, consulted to the financial, access security and manufacturing industries and held a management position at a design agency. Her area of expertise is advertising, marketing communications and public relations. Janet has also held the principal position of a start-up software and billing company marketing to large condominiums and apartments for the purpose of water conservation.
She has held positions with or consulted to: Leading Edge Products, Sheaff Design, Sybase, RSA Security, MacSystems, FlexHead Industries, Fidelity Investments, and MFS Financial Services.

Noah Seidenberg
Member, Operating Committee
Noah Seidenberg assists Cloud Silver Lining with business structure, organization and planning by serving on the operating committee. Noah has experience managing people and processes through the experience of starting and growing Seidenberg Investment Group, Inc. With 20+ years experience in evaluating other businesses, Noah is able to help provide direction for important business decisions and planning as Cloud Silver Lining is experiencing rapid growth. He is active in the local community with many charitable organizations including the Exchange Club, a national organization that works to prevent child abuse. Noah earned his B.A. in Economics from State University of NY at Fredonia.

Carole Gunst has over 20 year's experience marketing software, hardware, and services. She has held senior level marketing positions at EMC, GlassHouse Technologies, Iron Mountain, Lotus Development Corporation, and technology start-ups. As a marketing consultant, Carole's clients included idealab, E INK, Newbury Networks, and Vistaprint. Her area of expertise is product marketing, marketing communications, and leveraging content. Carole holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Rhode Island and an M.A. in marketing from Emerson College.

Gregg Schmalz
Executive Vice President - Financial Services
Gregg Schmalz serves as Executive Vice President and Board member for the US and EMEA, responsible for the Financial Services and Select Business lines at Cloud Silver Lining. Gregg is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience, including the past 8 years with leading Cloud technology provider EMC. Gregg most recently served as a Global Account Manager at EMC and has a strong understanding of how hardware, software, and consulting services can be leveraged within Fortune 500 companies to improve business metrics. Gregg was also responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of holistic solutions that drive operational efficiencies, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable cost reduction. Prior to EMC, Gregg served in various sales and leadership roles at GlassHouse Technologies, Signiant, Akamai Technologies, and The Coca-Cola Company. He received his B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from the School of Management at Boston University.

Andrew Downing
Cloud Application Engineer
Andrew Downing has experience developing software for Windows, Linux,
and embedded systems. He is proficient in various programming languages
such as C/C++, Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, MySQL, Oracle, and
Windows and Linux shell scripting. He has developed diverse software
ranging from a 3D game engine to programs for Bristol Community College
to streamline, record, and automate the processes associated with
updating and modifying system software configurations. He has also
created various programs and scripts used to automate Linux server
administration tasks.

Nem Le
Senior Designer
Nem has filled numerous roles throughout his experience, from print and web design to clothing, motion graphics and broadcast post-production. As Creative Director he has managed teams consisting of diverse specialists operating in all phases of the project pipeline. He has held design positions at Center City Film and Video, Prophet Media, G-Unit and Ecko Unlimited. Nem graduated with a degree in Digital Media from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. He is a member of the Graphic Artist's Guild of America.

Ed Morrow has 20+ years of Business Systems Engineering and Product/ Requirements Management experience. He has implemented solutions for enterprises, government agencies and government contractors. He has held senior technical and management positions for Hazeltine, Fairchild, Reuters, J.P. Morgan, PRC, South Florida Water Management District, and Tadestation. He holds financial series 3, 7 and 63 certifications, and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) for Agile software development.
